These dumplings are quick, beautiful, and full of flavor. The juicy meat filling is perfectly seasoned and packed with vegetables for extra taste and texture. You can make them with any meat you like—chicken, pork, beef, or even shrimp!

👩‍🍳 Ingredients - Serves 4 (approximately 30 dumplings)
14 oz ground meat — chicken thighs or other (400g)
2 garlic cloves
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground pepper
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp cooking sake
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp sugar
1 leek white part
3 spring onions
1 egg
1 tbsp cornstarch
30 wonton dumpling wrappers
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil

Dipping sauce (for 1 person):
½ tsp grated ginger
½ tbsp light soy sauce
½ tsp toasted sesame oil
A pinch of shichimi
